Once your payment is processed, we begin fulfilling your order. Typically, this takes 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, though it may take longer during peak seasons and holidays. If an item is out of stock due to high demand, your order will be shipped as soon as the item is back in stock.

United States: Priority Mail® service includes tracking and typically delivers within 1-3 business days.

Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders over $139 qualify for free shipping within the U.S. only. International orders, including those shipped to Canada, do not qualify for free shipping and will incur standard shipping fees based on the selected delivery method.
International Shipping Fees: All international orders are subject to shipping fees, with multiple delivery options available at checkout. The shipping cost is determined by the method selected and is not eligible for refund once the order is processed, unless otherwise noted.
Refund Policy for Shipping Fees: Shipping fees on international orders are non-refundable except in cases of carrier-related issues or unique circumstances, at the discretion of Mirror Skin.
A lost claim can be filed once the package has been in transit for more than 30 days. The customer is responsible for filing any lost claims.
Mirror Skin is not liable for stolen packages. If your tracking confirms that the package has been "DELIVERED" to the provided address, then neither the carrier service nor Mirror Skin is liable.
If the carrier's investigation concludes that the package was correctly delivered and shows no sign of being stolen, we are not responsible for that shipment.
If your package has been marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property, including any hidden spots where the delivery driver may have left it. It might also have been delivered to a neighbor by mistake.
We may ask you to wait 24-48 hours after the package is marked as "delivered" because sometimes packages are prematurely marked as delivered and may arrive within the next two business days.
Note: Delivery drivers now have GPS location records on their trucks and scanners, which can help track the package's exact delivery location.
We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your package needs to be reshipped, an additional fee for processing and shipping will apply.
