Refund policy


You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all seals intact. Please include your order receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs and a processing fee are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend tracking your returned packages. If there are no updates or the package appears lost, please contact the courier for assistance.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, typically within 7-10 business days from its arrival.

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary assistance.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
